Notturno | Respighi arr. Brown

This piece is very important to me, I believe it is one of the most beautiful things one can play on marimba. I play it as often as I can, and I'm delighted to be sharing it for others to play as well. Notturno is a miniature masterwork, a midnight walk through impressionist washes of color, with a texture that works perfectly on the marimba. Respighi's genius shines through in every note of this never ending melody. I hope you enjoy, and please send me your performances!
