A surprise Sonder in video format! On my last tour with the World Percussion Group, I presented a talk on Performance Psychology as we visited schools and conservatories in England, Spain, and Portugal. I have long suffered from mental struggles in performance, and have spent many years searching for different approaches to overcoming them, or at least succeeding in spite of them. The opportunity to talk about this in-depth with a real audience was a privilege, my thanks to Tim Palmer and the World Percussion Group. Here is my presentation from Vigo, Spain in late fall of 2023.
